Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Run/Row 250m
  • Partner B – TGU x 1 per SLOW
  • Partner C – Alt. Box Step Up (24/20″)

Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets

  • Deck Squat x 10
  • Weighted Pull Up x 4-6 @ 2011 OR Negatives @ 50A1 x 2-3
  • Ring Support Hold x 20-30 seconds

B.

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, partners alternate whole rounds for time and complete 3 Rounds each of:

  • Row 250 Meters
  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per) @ 53/35lbs
  • Wtd. Step Up x 10 with Goblet Hold
  • Run 400 Meters
