Fitness is one of the biggest force multipliers in life that there is. Anything we choose to do in life would be substantially easier if we were 5% stronger. This pursuit of getting better is also significantly easier to accomplish alongside great coaching and great community.

CrossFit Hit & Run has both. Our Fundamentals course is specifically for those who are new to CrossFit. Perhaps you’ve trained for a while but never tried CrossFit. Or perhaps you are brand new to training – this course is for you.

Our Fundamentals format looks like this:

Weeks 1 and 2 – You’ll learn all about our methodology at CrossFit Hit & Run. These sessions will take place at our Midtown location on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30p.m. (4/18, 4/20, 4/25, and 4/27).

Weeks 3 and 4 – With your Fundamentals membership you will get 2 weeks of classes to get the full CrossFit Hit & Run experience. During these 2 weeks (4/24 – 5/5) you will get 3 classes per week at any location and time of your choice. We recommend going to the location and time that you might normally train.

That’s a total of 10 sessions for $150 a $300 value with personal coaching across each session. Even better for 2023 you can use our discount code when you register (SPRING23) for 50% off! That’s $300 worth of classes and coaching for $75.00

We kick off on 4/18 at CrossFit Hit & Run Midtown — 439 N. Cleveland Street.

Come hang with us and we’ll get better together. We have a course specifically for those new to CrossFit. The next group starts on Monday April 4th. This round of Fundamentals will meet at CrossFit Hit and Run Triad at 1010 Cresthaven Rd Memphis, TN 38119

Our Triad fundamentals course will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm.

Additionally, we have our Midtown group kicking off on April 11th. When you sign up be sure to select your start date on the right hand side of the screen. If you choose April 4th, you can attend at Triad. If you choose April 11th, we’ll see you in Midtown at 439 N. Cleveland Street.

Our Midtown Fundamentals will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday as well at 6:30

This is a 6 session course and will teach you all that you need to know to be ready for our group classes. You can use the discount code GOOD2GO to get 50% off. This means you get 6 intro classes and 6 regular classes for 1/2 the price.
