Our Group Fundamentals program is a comprehensive course that will cover basic CrossFit movements and methodology. The course also touches on nutrition, mobility, weightlifting, gymnastic skills, and metabolic conditioning. This is our most comprehensive beginner course and it sets our new clients up for long term success.
Throughout the course, a progressive introduction to the volume and intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes will be taught. At the conclusion of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of safe and efficient movement patterns and will be ready to join our group classes.
Our next Group Fundamentals course starts on Monday Feb 10th. This class meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm at the Midtown location at 439 N. Cleveland.
This is a 9 session course spread over a 3 week period.
After completing the course, you get 2 weeks of regular group CrossFit classes. During this 2 week period you may attend any class time at any of the 4 CrossFit Hit & Run locations in the area.
