Our Group Fundamentals program is a comprehensive course that covers basic CrossFit movements and methodology. The course touches on nutrition, mobility, weightlifting, gymnastic skills, and metabolic conditioning. This is our most comprehensive beginner course and it sets new clients up for long term success.
Throughout the course, a progressive introduction to the volume and intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes will be taught. At the conclusion of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of safe and efficient movement patterns and will be ready to join our group classes.
Our next Group Fundamentals course starts on Monday Oct 12. This class meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm at our Midtown location which is located at 439 N. Cleveland.
The Group Fundamentals course is $150.
Registrants receive – 6 Group Fundamentals sessions + 6 Group CrossFit classes.
The six Group Fundamental sessions are spread over a two week period and upon completion of Group Fundamentals attendees receive two weeks of regular group CrossFit classes. During this two week period clients may attend 3 classes per week at any of our four CrossFit Hit & Run locations.
