Kate Lyman Nutrition is a local business that provides excellent resources our clients can use to learn more about good nutrition habits. Her team of nutrition coaches put out excellent information on their website, blog, and social media. We also have a great partnership with another local company, Bedrock Eats and Sweets. Bedrock provides healthy and convenient meals, snacks, and baked goods that are all made from the best possible ingredients. This is so we can source our ingredients from local farms over the weekend. You pick up the meals on the date listed next to the menu items at your chosen pick up location. You may also order bulk items to be delivered next week.
