Coach Dakota will be a supportive coach to come alongside you in your nutrition journey.
Dakota (MS, CCP, PNL2) has been coaching nutrition and fitness for several years and will help to ensure that you have all the tools you need to be as successful as possible in your pursuit of health and fitness.
How it works
Our individualized nutrition program is $300 for 3 months of nutrition coaching and planning. You’ll set your goals and have an assessment with your individual coach, your coach will go over everything with you for your goals and plan, during the next three months you’ll have ongoing coaching and access to your coach so that you can be educated and as successful as possible. You will work closely with your coach so that you are able to apply everything you’re learning to best fuel your body!
Additionally, with our partnership with Bedrock Eats and Sweets you can get customized macro nutrient plans delivered to you to set you up to be as successful as possible. Bedrock provides healthy, quality, and convenient meals, snacks, and baked goods that are all sourced from the best possible ingredients. These meals are an ideal option for busy people who don’t have the time or desire to shop and cook. Follow them on Instagram so that you can drool over their weekly Saturday waffle specials.

Choose any combination of meals you like. The meals listed will be for next week. We post our menus Monday morning at 8am and close them Friday evening at 5pm. This is so we can source our ingredients from local farms over the weekend. You pick up the meals on the date listed next to the menu items at your chosen pick up location. You may also order bulk items to be delivered next week.
