CrossFit Course
Our group CrossFit classes are designed to provide each of our members with a balanced approach to fitness.  Included are elements of mobility, weight lifting, gymnastic skills, running, rowing, and metabolic conditioning.  By periodically focusing on each element, as well as, combining different elements together at varying intensity levels within our program we look to prepare all of our members for anything that life can throw at them!
