A. 3 Sets:
- Erg x :75 seconds
- Glute Bridge x :30
- Run 150 or 10 Burpees
- Good Morning x 10
B. 3 Sets:
- Snatch RDL x 6-8 @ 30X1
- Strict Hanging Knee Raise x 12-15
Rest :75 seconds between each
C. Erg 16:00 minutes for max calories; at the 0, 4, 8 and 12:00 minute marks complete the following:
- Deadlift x 5
- Burpee x 10 or Run 150m
