A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Half Kneeling Shoulder CAR’s 5 per
  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotation x 5 per
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Alt. Pistol x 8-10 @ 31A1
  • Tall Plank KB Drag Through 30-45 Seconds
  • Scap Pull Up x 10

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:

  • Dual DB Shoulder to Overhead x 20
  • Strict Pull Up x 10
  • Run 800m
