Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg x :75 seconds
  • Glute Bridge x :30
  • Run 150 or 10 Burpees
  • Good Morning x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Snatch RDL x 6-8 @ 30X1
  • Strict Hanging Knee Raise x 12-15

Rest :75 seconds between each

C. Erg 16:00 minutes for max calories; at the 0, 4, 8 and 12:00 minute marks complete the following:

  • Deadlift x 5
  • Burpee x 10 or Run 150m
