Workout of the Day

We’ll have only 1 class today at 9am at our Downtown and Collierville locations.

In teams of 3 or 4, with only 1 person working at a time, complete 1776 reps (4 Rounds) for time of:

  • 150 Double Unders
  • 100 Calorie Row
  • 60 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
  • 50 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 40 Front Squats
  • 30 HSPU
  • 14 Muscle Ups or Burpee CTB Pull Ups
