Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Single Arm KB Push Press x 8 per
  • Squat to Stand x 6
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 4

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Push Jerk x 3-4 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A2: Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps then 90 seconds between sets.

B. 5 Sets

  • 2 Postion Clean – High Hang and Mid Thigh – Rest 2 minutes between sets.

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

  • Power Clean x 5 @ 75% of 1RM
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 10
