Then 2 Rounds of:

  • TGU x 2 per
  • Scap Push Up x 10

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: CGBP x 4-6 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: KB Windmill x 3-4 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds

B. 3 Sets

  • B1: Dips (Rings or Stationary) x max reps @ 2111 – Rest 60 seconds
  • B2: SL KB RDL x 6-8 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds

C. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each of:

  • TTB x 5
  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per @ 53/35lbs)
  • Thruster x 15 (UNBROKEN)
