In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes:
- Ground to Overhead x 5 (135/95)
- Bar Facing Burpee x 7
- Pull Up x 9 (CTB if possible)
- Run or Row 150m
