- Pull Up x 40 (CTB if possible)

- Ground to Overhead x 30 (115/75lbs)
- Erg 30/25 Cals OR Relay Run 500m (250m each)
- Single DB Burpee Step Over x 20 (50/35lbs over 24/20″)
- Erg 30/25 Cals OR Relay Run 500m (250m each)
