Strength/Skill

Take 10 minutes to find a heavy 3 OHS @ 31X1 (Focus on form and mechanics over load. Use PVC or empty bar if needed)

MetCon

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes perform:

  • Odd – 8 OHS (95/65)
  • Even – 8 CTB Pull Ups

– Sub Front Squats for OHS

– Sub Jumping CTB
