Workout of the Day
A. 4 Sets:
- Segmented Clean Deadlift x 3-4 – Rest 2 minutes between
*Pause for 2-3 seconds in the following positions: 2″ off the floor, knee, mid thigh.
B. 3 Sets, from the floor:
- Push Press x 4-6 – Rest 2 minutes.
C. In teams of 2, partners alternate movemenmts to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Burpee Box Jump Over x 4 (30/24″)
- Deadlift x 6 @ 60% of 1RM
- SA DB or KB Snatch x 8 (4 per Heavy)
