Workout of the Day
In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Bar Facing Burpee x 2
- Hang to Overhead x 2 (95/65lbs)
- Bar Facing Burpee x 4
- Ground to Overhead x 4
*Continue in this fashion, adding 2 reps to each movement after each round.
Rest 6 minutes
In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Erg 10, 20, 30, 40… Cals
- Wallball x 20 between every set.
