  • Pull Up x 50
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 40 (115/75lbs)
  • Row or Assault Bike 30 Cals

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

  • Hang Power Clean x 30 (115/75lbs)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 40
  • Wallball x 50 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ Target)
