- Wall Leaning Tib Raise x 15-20

- SA Tripod Row x 8-10 per @ 20X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
- Skater Squat x 3-4 per – Rest 60 Seconds
C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:
- Strict Chin Up x 4/3
- Lateral Box Step Over x 12
