Workout of the Day

In teams of 2 or 3, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 35 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 150
  • Erg 100 Cals
  • SA DB Thruster x 50 (50/35lbs)
  • CTB Pull Up x 30 OR Muscle Up x 15
