A. Erg 7 minutes for Cals @ Moderate (Nasal Only)
B. Every 3 minutes, for 12 (4 Sets)
- Front Squat x 3 @ 20X1
Rest 15-20 seconds, then:
- Back Squat x 6 @ 30X1
C. In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 22 minutes
In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes of:
- Partner A – Bike for Cals
- Partner B – Hang from Bar
*One partner must be hanging at all times. Switch as needed.
Rest 2 minutes, then:
In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes of:
- Partner A – Row for Cals
- Partner B – Double KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
*One partner must be holding the KB’s in the Front Rack at all times. Switch as needed.
Rest 2 minutes, then:
In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes of:
- Partner A – Ski for Cals
- Partner B – Prone Plank on Elbows
*One partner must hold the plank at all times. Switch as needed.
