A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Back Squat x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Y,T,W x 10 – Rest 60 seconds

-try to exceed the load used for last week’s sets of squats by 5 to 10lbs.

 

B.

In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete 5 each (10 rounds total) of:

  • Thruster x 10 (95/65)
  • Pull Up x 10
  • Run 150m
