  • T Push Up x 6
  • Good Morning x 9

Workout of the Day

A. Deadlift – In 6 Work Sets or less, establish a 1RM with perfect posture and mechanics.

B. Complete as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

  • HSPU or Perfect Push Ups

C. Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • KB Snatch (53/35)

-athletes may switch hands however and whenever they want. The KB must come to a complete stop at the top and must be directly over the shoulder. The KB should be stacked with the fist, elbow, and shoulder in a straight line over the hip, knee, and ankle. No punching the arm straight with the KB out front.
