A. 3 Sets:

  • Alt. SL V-Up x Max Reps in 30 seconds
  • Double Under x Max Reps in 30 seconds
  • FLR 30 seconds

B. Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…
  • Erg 10 Cals or Run 150m between

C. SLIPS Practice in time remaining
