A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8 @ 3111 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: SA Farmer Carry 100ft – Left
  • A3: SA KB OHS x 4-6 per @ 3111 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A4: SA Farmer Carry 100ft – Right

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • SA DB Hang Snatch 10, 20, 30, 40…
  • Anchored AbMat Sit Up x 20 between sets

-Alternate arms every 5 reps
