  • Strict HSPU x 6
  • Erg 12 Cals

Rest 6 minutes, then:

  • Burpee x 3
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 2 (30/24″)
  • Ground to Overhead x 1 (Bodyweight / .75 BW)
