A. 10 minutes – Handstand Hold/Walk Practice

B. 12 minutes @ 80%

  • X Band Walk x 10 steps per
  • SA Ring Row x 5 per @ 3011
  • Staggered Stance SA KBS x 5 per
  • Alt. Jump Lunge x 10

C. Teams of 3, complete 3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Row 500/400m
  • Run 400m or Assault Bike 1000/800m
  • Alt Medball Box Step Up x 20 (20/14lbs to 24/20″)
