Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets:

  • A1: Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 seconds between singles
  • A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps – Rest 2 minutes between sets

B. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete 3 each of:

  • Double Under x 40
  • Assault Bike or Row 15/12 Cals
  • Alt DB Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs)
