Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 Seconds (:20 Singles + :10 Rest x 2)
  • Alt. Beast to Leg Through x 10
  • Bar Tap x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Alternating Gorilla Row x 12-16 @ 21X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Strict Hanging Knee Raise x 12-15 (SLOW)

C. 3 Sets:

  • Strict Wide Grip Pull Up x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Double Under x Max Reps in 40 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

D. 3 Sets:

Against a 3 Minute clock:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 9 OR Burpee Muscle Up x 5
  • Row as many Meters as possible in time remaining.

Rest/Walk 3 Minutes between.
