In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Hang Power Clean & Jerk x 5 (UNBROKEN)
  • Hand Release Push Up x 10
  • Run 150m

Rest 5 minutes, then:

  • Erg 12 Cals
  • Pull Up x 9 (CTB if possible)
  • Double KB Front Squat x 6 (UNBROKEN)
