  • A2. Alternating Hanging Hip Touch x 10 – Rest :90 seconds

B. 2-3 sets, each for time:

  • Row or Bike 15/12 Cals
  • 5 Sandbag to Shoulder
  • 10 Sandbag Squats
  • 5 Sandbag to Shoulder
  • 10 Sandbag Squats
  • Row or Bike 15/12 Cals

Rest 1:1 between sets
