  • Handstand Practice

OR

  • Dual DB OH Carry 75-100ft
  • Hollow Rocks 30 Seconds
  • Tall Plank Alt. Shoulder Tap x 20

C. 3 Rounds For Time:

  • Run 400m
  • Dual DB Push Press x 15
  • Alt. Renegade Row x 10

Rest/Walk 90 Seconds between

D. Accumulate 2 minutes:

  • Reverse Plank
