Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 60 seconds
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 10
  • Deadhang to Active Arch x 6-8
  • Prisoner Kang Squat x 8-10

B. 5 Sets – Back Squat @ 30X1

  • Set 1 – 7 reps @ 65-70%
  • Set 2 – 5 reps @ 75-80%
  • Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85-88%
  • Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
  • Set 5 – Max Reps @ 80%

Rest 2-3 Minutes between

C. For Time:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 2-4-6-8-10
  • Dual DB Front Squat x 10-8-6-4-2
