- A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 90 seconds
B. In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 22 minutes of:

- Partner A – Bike for Cals
- Partner B – Hang from Bar
*One partner must be hanging at all times. Switch as needed. Rest 2 minutes between.

- Partner A – Row for Cals
- Partner B – Double KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
*One partner must be holding the KB’s in the Front Rack at all times. Switch as needed. Rest 2 minutes between.
In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes
- Partner A – Ski for Cals
- Partner B – Prone Plank on Elbows
