A. 3 Sets:

  • A1: Strict Pull Up x Max Reps @ 2011 in 60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

B. In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 22 minutes of:

In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes

  • Partner A – Bike for Cals
  • Partner B – Hang from Bar

*One partner must be hanging at all times. Switch as needed. Rest 2 minutes between.

In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes

  • Partner A – Row for Cals
  • Partner B – Double KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold

*One partner must be holding the KB’s in the Front Rack at all times. Switch as needed. Rest 2 minutes between.

In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes

  • Partner A – Ski for Cals
  • Partner B – Prone Plank on Elbows

*One partner must hold the plank at all times. Switch as needed.
