Workout of the Day
In teams of 4, with only 1 teammate at each station, work together to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Station 1 – Row, Bike, Run, or Ski 30/25 Cals
- Station 2 – TTB x 15 + DB Thruster x 10
- Station 3 – Russian KBS x 15 (53/44lbs) + Wtd Box Step Up w/ KB Goblet Hold (24/20″)
- Station 4 – Rest
