  • Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps @ 10X0

B1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Double Unders x 20
  • Air Squats x 10

Rest :60, then:

B2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Man Maker x 3
  • Box Jump x 6 (24/20″)

Rest :60, then:

B3. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Wall Walk x 2
  • Chin Up x 4

C. SLIPS practice
