Workout of the Day

A. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, rotate stations every 3 Minutes for 36 Minutes and complete as many reps as possible at each station (3 Sets)

  • Station 1 – Power Clean (Singles Only)
  • Station 2 – Strict HSPU
  • Station 3 – Burpee Muscle Up OR Burpee Pull Up
  • Station 4 – Erg for Cals
