- SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry 50ft per – Rest 60 seconds
C. 3 Sets:
- SL KB RDL x 6-8 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
- DB Planche Through x 10 – Rest 60 seconds
D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Run 150m
- Alt. SA KBS x 30
- Run 150m
- Double Under x 30
