In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Row 80 Cals OR Relay Run 800m
  • Barbell Complex x 15 (95/65)
  • Row 60 Cals OR Run 600m
  • Barbell Complex x 12
  • Row 40 Cals OR Run 400m
  • Barbell Complex x 9

Today’s Complex is 3 Front Squat + 3 STO
