  • Yoga Push Up x 5

B. 3 Sets:

  • Broad Jump x 1.1.1
  • Back Rack Walkout (Heavy) – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 6 Sets:

  • Back Squat @ 30X1 x 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1

Rest as needed

D. EMOM for 12:00

  • Min 1 – Alt. Front Racked Reverse Lunge x 12-16 @ 20X0
  • MIn 2 – Pendlay Row x 8-10 @ 21X1
  • Min 3 – Run 150m
  • Min 4 – Rest
