  • A2: Handstand Walk 10-15m OR Nose to Wall HS Hold w/ Alt. Shoulder Taps x 30 Seconds – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Curtsy Step Down x 8 per – Rest 60 seconds

  • CGBP x 3-4 @ 30X1
  • Peterson Step Up x 12-15 per

C. For Time:
