Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 10
  • Prone Snow Angel x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Double Under x Max Reps in 30 Seconds
  • Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds
  • Wall Walk x 2 + Nose to Wall Handstand Hold 20 Seconds

Perform 2 WW then Hold N2W for :20 on the last rep.

C. EMOM for 16 minutes

  • Min 1 – Double Under x 50-60
  • Min 2 – Erg 15/12 Cals
  • Min 3 – Man Maker x 3-5
  • Min 4 – Rest
