Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Backrack Split Squat x 8-10 @ 2110 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Chin Up (Supinated) x 8-10 @ 21X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Single KB Rack Squat x 6-8 per @ 31X1 – Rest75-90 Seconds
  • Chainsaw Row x 8-10 per @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

  • Double Under x 20
  • Walking Lunge x 10 Steps
  • Alt. Renegade Row x 10

Rest 2 minutes, then:

C2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 4
  • Wallball x 8 (30/20lbs)
  • AbMat Sit Up x 12
