- Single KB Rack Squat x 6-8 per @ 31X1 – Rest75-90 Seconds
 - Chainsaw Row x 8-10 per @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
 
C1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:
- Double Under x 20
 - Walking Lunge x 10 Steps
 - Alt. Renegade Row x 10
 
Rest 2 minutes, then:
