In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 15 (Drag Rope if possible)
  • Erg 12 Cals
  • Thruster x 9 (UNBROKEN)

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 3
  • Alt. Front Rack Reverse Lunge x 6 (3 per side)
  • Push Up x 9
