- Lower To Bottom of Ring Dip and Hold 10-15 seconds
- Jumprope 60 seconds (20 on/10 off x 2)
B. Every 10 for 30 Minutes (3 Sets)
- Row x 500m
- Double Under x 40
- Alt. DB Box Step Up x 30 (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
- Burpee w/ 2 Hand Touch to 6″ Target x 20
