A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 Seconds
  • Yoga Push Up x 6-8
  • Bar Tap x 10-15

B. 3 Sets:

  • Ring Pull Up x 4-6 @ 20X1 (Rings to Chest if possible) – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Seated SL Soleus Raise x 12-15 per – Rest 60 seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Seated External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raisie x 20-25 – Rest 60 Seconds

D. 3 Sets:

  • Run 200m
  • Alt. Renegade Row w/ Push Up x 10
  • Run 200m

Rest/Walk 90 Seconds between
