B. Every 2 Minutes, for 10 (5 Sets)
- 1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
C. Every 3 Minutes, for 15:00
Back Squat
- Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70-75% of 1-RM
- Set 2 – 4 reps @ 80-85%
- Set 3 – 2 reps @ 90%
- Set 4 – 1 rep @ 95%
- Set 5 – Max Reps @ 85%
D. For Cals
- Erg 3 Minutes for Cals @ 85%
Rest/Walk 2 minutes
- Erg 3 Minutes for Cals @ 90%
