- Deficit Landmine SL RDL x 8-10 per @ 3010 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
- Bear Hug Sandbag or Dual KB Front Rack Carry x 100ft – Rest 75-90 Seconds
C. For Time:
- Erg 27-21-18-15 Cals
- Perform 2 TGU per side between Rounds
