A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Prone Snow Angel x 8-10
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 8-10
  • DB Ext. Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020

B. 3 Sets:

  • Bar tap x 10-15
  • Hollow Hold/Rock 30 Seconds
  • Tripod Headstand Hold x 30 Seconds

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:

  • Run 150m
  • Wallball x 15
  • Double Under x 30
  • Row or Bike 15/12 Cals
