Warm Up

Erg 2 minutes, then:

2 Sets:

  • YTW x 5
  • Russian Step Up x 5 per
  • Tall Plank Shoulder Tap x 30 Seconds

A. 3 Sets:

  • Backrack Split Squat x 8-10 @ 2110 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Pull Up (Pronated) x 8-10 @ 2111 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Dual KB Rack Squat x 8-10 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Incline Batwing Row x 8-10 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

  • Reverse Lunge x 5 per
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 7
  • Ring Row x 9

Rest 2 minutes, then:

C2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

  • No Jump Burpee x 5
  • TTB x 7
  • Air Squat x 9
